Privacy

Plain English, no legal fog. This page explains what data this website collects, why, and how to reach us about it. It is written the way we build: privacy first, nothing collected without a reason.

Who we are

Wild Systems builds bespoke, self-hosted AI operations infrastructure. We are based in Brisbane, Australia. For anything related to your data, contact info@wildsystems.com.au.

What this website collects

Two analytics tools run on this site:

  • Google Analytics 4 collects standard traffic data: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, what device and browser they use, and how they found the site.
  • Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used: scrolling, clicks and anonymised session replays, so we can see where the site is unclear and improve it.

Both tools set cookies. We use this information for one purpose: understanding how the site performs so we can make it better. We do not use it to identify you personally, we do not run advertising, and we do not sell or share this data beyond the two providers named above.

If you contact us or book a call

If you email us or book a diagnosis call, we receive what you choose to share: typically your name, email address and some detail about your business. We use it to respond to you and to prepare for the conversation, nothing else. Call bookings run through Cal.com, and their privacy policy applies to the booking flow itself.

Anything you share about your business, before or after becoming a client, is treated as confidential. We do not use enquiry details for marketing lists, and we do not pass them to anyone.

If you become a client

Client engagements are governed by contract, and the architecture does the heavy lifting: Wild Systems builds run on hardware you own, inside your own network. Your operational data lives on your infrastructure, not ours, and it is never used to train third-party models. The full detail is on our security and privacy page.

Cookies and opting out

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will keep working. If you prefer not to be counted in Google Analytics anywhere on the web, Google provides an opt-out browser add-on.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@wildsystems.com.au and we will respond within one business day.

Changes

If we change how this site handles data, this page changes with it, and the date at the top is updated.
