Put your hands on it.

The workspace an owner opens at seven in the morning, on three fictional businesses with years of their own documents: the Brisbane fabricator from the video with twelve thousand of them, a specialist clinic and an advisory firm. Play the two-minute tour or explore on your own: open the radar, chase a quote, ask the record a question, switch roles, drop a document, turn the wifi off, read what it has returned since go-live. Everything on this page runs in your browser.

What to try

Six things worth doing in the next two minutes

  1. 01

    Open the radar rows

$1,272,694 across 28 rows, each dollar read off a named document out of twelve thousand. Open a row and the document is one click away. Draft the follow-up to Kedron Brewing and approve it; it lands in the Outbox with an audit entry and a CRM note queued, and nothing is sent.

  2. 02

Ask what's holding up the Sunstate job

The record holds fourteen of them across ten years. The system works out which one you mean from where the record stands today, names it, and tells you it already shipped and what held it up. Then ask how turnover has moved since 2018, and it reads six years of the owner's own numbers. Then ask about annual leave carryover: twelve thousand documents, and the record still doesn't cover it, so it says so.

  3. 03

    Switch to the front desk

Ask who was hired and on what salary. The role can't see pay, so the engine never reads it, and no phrasing gets around that.

  4. 04

    Drop the Yatala email

Ask about Yatala first. Nothing. Drop the staged email, ask again: variation VO-0471-A, six enclosures, promised for Friday. It's a tracked commitment within the minute on the real system.

  5. 05

    Open the Engine

Where the record comes from, what the index holds, which models run and on what. Turn the wifi off there and everything keeps working, and the request counter stays at zero. On your own machine that is the whole point: the model runs in the building, and the record never leaves it.

  6. 06

    Read the Outcomes

Since go-live: $455,300 won after a chase, 451 of 492 promises kept, revenue caught before it was given away, hours returned to the office. Then switch the business from the sidebar: the radar, the promises, the questions and the roles all change; the system doesn't.

What this is, honestly

The real system runs a language model on a machine in the client's building and answers from the client's own documents. This page cannot run that model in a browser, so every answer here was produced by the real system on the demonstration business and replayed. Typed questions are matched to the prepared set. What you see is what the system said, citations included, not a script written for the website. The go-live history under Outcomes is part of each fictional business's record, seeded like its invoices; the engine figures are read from the real index.

On your own paperwork

A build starts with a paid discovery that reads your record the same way: what's unchased, what was promised, where the margin leaks. You keep the written diagnosis either way. The first conversation is thirty minutes and costs nothing.
